wordless wednesday | 13...
Even though this is supposed to be a wordless post, I thought I had to share the origin of these lovely stitched pieces of cloth: they are from the Sisanani Sewing Project, sponsored by Mission Hope USA.
Every year during the Christmas holiday season, my quilt guild spnsors a craft fair, featuring crafts mostly made by guild members. This year, a member brought these, too. Each piece sold for $25 and $400 was raised for the women in the project. I bought one and am trying to decide how I will use it ~ maybe a pillow or a bag? or frame? Any ideas?
