"...and when it was good, it was very very good and when it was bad, it was horrid..."
I am on the phone with our internet service provider...no internet and lousy customer service. I keep saying "hello" and all I hear is background noise...occasionally the service rep comes on and apologizes...empty words as far as I'm concerned... Frustrating, to say the least...so I hung up!
I skipped quilting today and I've been sifting through mail and paper...trying to get back on track after my trip. One thing I discovered in the mail: a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card - could've used it last Wed...but I'm sure there will be other opportunities - especially with the holidays just around the corner.
My Circa planner inserts also arrived today... so, I'll spend some time setting the planner up - after I finish shuffling through papers and making a few more swipes at restoring order and calm in my sewing studio...and with me.
I could use some quiet right now...technology...great when it's good and horrid when it's bad. (Obviously the service was restored or else I wouldn't be posting...) Deep breath. I remind me: Even paper, pen and pencil have their downside - especially when the ink runs dry or the pencil lead breaks or one runs out of paper. I think the service rep said something about another planned outage soon, so I guess I'll call this post a wrap!
Til tomorrow and no frustration...I trust. Enjoy your evening.
Cheers~
