(I decided to greet September at Zeke's this morning, too.)
According to Gretchen Rubin - and a host of others - September is the new January: a time when schedules change, life gets busier and our thoughts turn to planning & preparing for the season ahead. I find it interesting that as Mother Nature begins her wind-down preparation - autumn - for winter, we humans begin to rev up our activity. Go figure!
At any rate, September begins a month long focus of reflecting on my daily life lessons - whatever they may be. Since 2007, I have participated in *LSNED: Learn Something New Everyday…and I'm back at it, again! Beginning tomorrow, I plan to share my previous day's lesson/s, Monday-Friday and combine the weekend Sat & Sun… Hopefully I will stick to my self-imposed schedule.
I've a zillion things on my tadah-to do lists. No doubt I've over-programmed but for now, today, I'm full of energy, vigor and off to a great start. To be continued...
Is September the new January for you, too? Anything special on your learning agenda, this month?
Cheers~
